We need a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Carespring Health Care Management in the Dayton, OH Area.
Salary:
$105,000 to $150,000 Plus Bonus OpportunitiesYou'll oversee the operations in our Dayton area facility.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Ensuring facility is following all federal & state guidelines.
Establishing meaningful relationships with the team members, families, & community.
Working with department heads to maintain Team Member Satisfaction Helping to manage team member issues Patient & responsible party satisfaction Census Management Accounts receivable Controllable Cost Management Ensuring the facility maintains at least 4 stars on CMS 5-star rating system Managing the CMS Quality Indicators Ensuring the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting) You'll Need To Have:
A positive attitude & a passion for serving the elderly An active Administrator's License in the state where the facility is located (OH, KY) Experience as a Licensed Nursing home Administrator Thorough knowledge of nursing home regulations and guidelines The ability to successfully manage multiple projects The skills to communicate with residents, family members, employees, vendors, and any others in a professional manner delivering top-notch customer service We're Proud To Offer You:
