We are currently seeking a _Groundskeeper_ to assist in the daily operations of an Affordable Housing Apartment Community in _Loveland, OH._ Job duties include general upkeep of the grounds and building, pressure washing, and light maintenance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Maintain superior curb appeal of the property's exterior grounds and landscapes.
2. Observe and report all exterior maintenance needs to the Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
3. Clean out of vacant apartments, laundry facilities, and/or offices.
4. Perform light maintenance duties as needed such as: painting, picking up of trash, pool cleaning, etc.
5. Follow directions from Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
6. Perform all other duties as required.
Working Conditions
A Porter will spend intermittent and continuous time sitting, standing, lifting, climbing, bending, reaching, twisting, loading/unloading, and working outdoors in inclement weather.
A Porter may have to do light lifting of less than twenty (20) pounds for supplies and materials occasionally to frequently.
A Porter may have to do moderate to heavy lifting of twenty (20) to fifty (50) pounds occasionally to frequently.
A Porter may have to do heavy to very heavy lifting of fifty (50) to one hundred plus (100+) pounds occasionally to frequently.
The employee is faced with frequent interruptions.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Willingness work as a team member.
2. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions from the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
3. Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
4. A personable and trustworthy attitude.
5. Always adhere to the work safety program.
6. Ability to perform all duties that may be required, including but not limited to, lifting, climbing, standing, bending, reaching, loading and unloading, and working outdoors in inclement weather.
