Listing Specialist
Top Producing Real Estate team in the Cincinnati/Loveland area in search of a Listing Specialist to service listing inventory and to assist in marketing to obtain new listing clients.
We are looking for an organized, marketing-minded rockstar to manage listings from appointment to closing. This role is responsible for keeping the listing process running smoothly with a proactive attitude and customer service focus.
Responsibilities (overview listed below but not limited to):
- Attend listing appointments with owner
- Preview listings and understand market position
- Gather all documents and information needed from seller clients
- Coordinate scheduling photographs and help prepare home for photo shoot
- Enter listings into the MLS system as well as various other online sites
- Proofread marketing and contract materials for content and clarity
- Coordinate appointment schedules and keep calendar of showings, closing meetings and general appointments
- Communicate with seller client consistently (proactively)
- Administrative tasks as needed such as ordering signs, lockboxes, supplies, getting files ready for listing appointments, etc.
- Prepare transaction documents and pass complete contract files to closing department

Requirements
Software skills needed for this position:
- Microsoft office
- Follow up Boss CRM (will train if necessary)
- A willingness to learn new tools with some basic training
Requirements:
Current Ohio real estate license not required (license needed for position, but can be obtained upon engagement). Real estate experience - even purchasing or selling a personal home - is beneficial but not required.
Strong preference given to candidates with prior knowledge of the Loveland market and geographic area.
Benefits
$1500/month base (1099) with bonus paid on each successful listing-side closing.
