Industrial Automation & Machinery - Parts & Service Manager

Oversee Industrial Machinery Parts & Service departments dealing in Programmable Control Systems Parts; Gears, Bearings, Pulleys, etc.; Power Supplies, Transformers, Wiring Harnesses, etc.; Tooling, Fixtures and Molds; Hydraulic & Pneumatic System Parts; Actuators, Sensors, & Instrumentation; and similar.   Responsible for full Profit & Loss of Parts and Service departments including reporting and tracking productivity and staff efficiency, flat rate billing techniques, and cost control and analysis.   Participate in interview, selection, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees.   Maintain employee schedules for Parts and Service departments.   Manage, develop, coach, and motivate Parts Associates and Field Service Technicians.   Facilitate ongoing employee feedback on performance and goal setting and conduct annual performance reviews.   Ensure monthly parts and service targets are met.   Maintain accurate and effective parts inventory control system including a physical inventory and counter procedures to ensure product availability when needed.   Serve as customer contact during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoice or claim processes for service work orders.   Resolve complaints or issues that arise to ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.   Coordinate promotion and merchandising of service contracts, parts and accessories.   Submit parts warranty and return claims in a timely manner to ensure maximum credit is received.   Industry leader offers high growth potential, competitive compensation package, bonuses, uncapped commissions, tuition reimbursement, full medical benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, generous vacation time, numerous career development opportunities, and more!   Please reference #38368199 when responding.Education Requirements: Bachelor DegreeMinimum Experience Requirements: 5-10 yearsJob City Location: LovelandJob State Location: OHJob Country Location: USA

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
