IT - IT Business Analyst III

Overview Responsibilities:o Responsible for partnering with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs, then translating those needs into formal, documented business requirementso Interprets and communicates insights to product, service and business managemento Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to translate key insights from complex analyses into actionable business insights; be able to speak data with people who don't speak datao Develops in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses of datao Develop functional understanding of the business and apply towards business systems reengineeringo Perform Gap Analysis of comprehensive requirements at the application and multi-application levelso Partners with business teams to gather, document and maintain business requirements that will inform data modeling decisiono Compiles data from various sources into a single, consumable, data set, including design and implementation of data martso Required strong analytical acumen with the ability to uncover insights and create stories by seamlessly integrating a variety of data sourceso Dedicated experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or business analytics. This means you've got some pretty top-notch analytical and quantitative skills and have proven your ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business caseso Proficiency with programming/data querying languages (SQL, NoSQL)o Working Experience of Big Data landscape as demonst d through experience or certification (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala)o Knowledge of ETL Tools like DataStage, Informatica etc and procedures including PL/SQLo Experience with relational databases, and data warehousing, and data modeling (Oracle, DB2, Hadoop)o Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmento Ability to work with large, complex data sets across multiple platforms and design efficient processes to provide accu and timely informationo Performs non-technical project activities using an internal customer perspective; typically from initiation through deliveryo Create and manage the process for handling project-specific change requestsQualifications:o Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business; prior work experience in Business Intelligence/Data Integration preferredo Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's/ PhD degree; or equivalent work experience Skills: Category Name Required Experience No items to display. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
